Tonights the eve of a close friends departure to another city and though I’ve not seen much of her these past few weeks, I’ve thought of her often and how I might like to help send her off...

portland for me has been this sublime intersection of quantity and quality, a kind of leveled out criss crossing that builds the terrace platform on which i walk and down through which i see the long and wide and shallow pool of my aversions as i walk along.
